For Hand-tufted rugs in the standard stock sizes listed , we strive to deliver within 2 weeks from the date of order.

For Hand-knotted rugs in the standard stock sizes listed , we strive to deliver within 4-6 weeks from the date of order.

For custom sizes in these designs, kindly contact our customer service team for assistance.

All our rugs are custom-made and crafted to order; therefore, returns or exchanges are not accepted. However, in case of manufacturing defects in size, color, or design, RuggleUp will remake the rug.

If a rug is delivered damaged, the client must sign the package as “damaged” and refuse acceptance. In such cases, RuggleUp will remake and deliver a new rug.

At RuggleUp, we take pride in crafting high-quality, handmade custom rugs. To begin the production process, we require a minimum advance payment of 50% of the total cost for all orders. This advance ensures your order is confirmed and allows us to start the weaving process.

We accept payments through credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers for your convenience. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the rug is shipped. Please note that all payments must be completed within the specified timelines to avoid delays or order cancellations.

If payment is not made as per the agreed terms, RuggleUp reserves the right to suspend production or terminate the order. In such cases, the advance payment will be retained as compensation for costs incurred.
